SwiftSum Solutions Survey Terms & Conditions

Overview
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the SwiftSum Small Business Bookkeeping Survey (“Survey”) conducted by SwiftSum Solutions OPC, a corporation registered in the Philippines (“SwiftSum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Survey, you agree to these Terms.
Survey Eligibility
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the SwiftSum Small Business Bookkeeping Survey (“Survey”) conducted by SwiftSum Solutions OPC, a corporation registered in the Philippines (“SwiftSum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Survey, you agree to these Terms.
Survey Period
The Survey opens on July 14, 2026 and closes on July 31, 2026. Submissions received after the closing date will not be eligible for rewards.
Rewards
Participation Reward: $100 Credit
- All eligible participants who complete the Survey will receive a $100 credit toward any SwiftSum Standard plan or above.
- The credit is valid for new customers only and may not be applied to plans below the Standard tier.
- The credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
- The credit is valid for up to one (1) year from the date of issuance.
- Credits will be issued to the email address provided in the Survey.
Grand Prize: One Year of Free Bookkeeping Service
- One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible Survey participants.
- The prize consists of one (1) year of SwiftSum bookkeeping service at no cost, valid for the Basic or Standard plan only.
- The prize has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
- The prize may be transferred to another individual or business, but may not be sold or auctioned.
- The winner will be announced on August 31, 2026 and notified via the email address provided in the Survey.
- The winner must claim the prize within one (1) year of the announcement date. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
Data Collection & Privacy
- Survey responses and contact information are collected via Google Forms and stored securely.
- Your data is used exclusively for internal purposes by SwiftSum, including service development and follow-up communications you have opted into.
- We do not sell, share, or disclose your information to any third parties.
- You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at Hello@swiftsum.solutions
Limitation of Liability
SwiftSum reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Survey or any reward at any time without prior notice. SwiftSum is not responsible for incomplete, lost, or misdirected submissions, or for technical errors affecting Survey delivery or reward issuance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
